  2. Recycling of Kuerig and tassimo disks and pods

TerraCycle Canada is a company that recycles Kuerig and tassimo pods at no charge to the township. I think this well worth looking into. They www.terracycle.ca

  3. reduce the gym rate for military and first responders like police/ EMT's and fire fighters. .

Military and first responders provide a security presence at the community for free when they work out. The community is well served by recognizing their commitment. There is a small number in apsley and a reduced rate benefits the community and not just the responders. They train for community preparedness. Most communities respect and recognize them in this way.

We had no problem personally entering or exiting our location. My issue is what is BSI's interpretation of an impassable road. One inch…

Thank you for your feedback. We are investigating your concern with BFI, however they did report icy road conditions on your road for the day in question. In the interim, below is a link to our website outlining the general rules for curbside collection including the maintenance required on private roads to ensure collection in not interrupted. Thank you again for your feedback.
